Return Process

  Log in to your NEEWER account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the electronics and accessories in their original box, ensuring all manuals, cables, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned gear for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
